International Open Space Conference: Once again oezpa will facilitate an Open Space Conference at a very interesting company in cooperation with internal colleagues. This time 140 of the company's managers from international locations. The world in one room. Working on Corporate Development issues. Last year we held the first Open Space conference in German at this company. This one is a next step. A fantastic format of selforganization. Sitting in a circle with so many leaders is a wonderful feeling. Nordic Business Diversity Index 2024 - Launch Last week Intero Integration attended the Nordic Business Diversity Index 2024 hosted by Impaktly. The event was full of interesting data and examples where Finland stands with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). One interesting point of discussion was the World Economic Forum’s 2023 Global Gender Cap report, which ranks Finland 2nd overall in the world after Iceland. However, Finland is on a distant 60th in managerial and senior official roles. Back in 2006 Finland was on 46th place which means Finland has moved backwards. Furthermore, when comparing the overall DEI scores for companies in Finland, it truly shows that the numbers are significantly lower than those of other Nordic countries, indicating that Finland still has a long way to go. In the listed companies, in Stockholm there were 55 nationalities while in Helsinki there were 34. It provided valuable insights into the current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in Finland and highlighted areas that require attention and action. But it is important to note that awareness is the first step towards change. With commitment from both public and private sectors, there is a great potential for Finland to make important progress in the future.
