I do make it personal. The only winner in a nuclear war is none. The only winner in a chemical war is the first one who initiates it. The problem with defense is that there is no offense training. The last time I trained was 1988, in which 2/3 of population is dead. As I have been seeing these posts; whoever makes predictions, 2/3 are still dead. You can train teams and they survive. You can not train communities for communities are expected to die. So exactly what is it that you want?
