This project, created in Design 5, focuses on providing guests with unparalleled views and direct access to the beach. The design's main concept revolves around the axis of movement, which starts at the main lobby and seamlessly extends through the hotel rooms, creating a distinctive wavy structure. The central idea of The Circle Hotel is inspired by the concepts of "circle" and "circulation." The circular design motif is evident in the lobby, forming a visual and functional anchor for the building. The layout aims to achieve smooth and free-flowing circulation, enhancing the guest experience by ensuring easy movement throughout the hotel.

The refurbishment and fit out of this hotel refurbishment project in Euston is progressing well and approaching completion soon with lifts in, power on, external signs erected and upper floors rooms and corridors being finished and snagged.
