Mr. Terhark, I hope you realize that there are two companies that made allegations against me, just like you, that had no clue they were attached to a legal action against me. You might want to get on the phone and do some damage control. What is funnier is that HPS Contractors Mr Terhark do you understand why that is wrong?? Do you also understand that you made allegations against me that were essentially lies to help Mr Graf weaponize my association against me?? AND yes, I am making that allegation against you on a public forum. This is no different than Facebook. Every company should bne aware that if they screw someone over, they might get called out on social media. I am calling you out now because you wrote a letter of termination to my community that you never discussed with me that helped create a legal action that cost my community over $100,000 in legal expense. That seems unethical to me. 🤷♂️ Or is this just how management companies handle homeowners that get out of line in their eyes? Attached are the first 3 allegations you made against me that I disagree with. Please enlighten us and than lets discuss each allegation with a little more "detail". My answers are in red.
