Implemented a solution given by AWS that demonstrates a real-time monitoring solution for IoT device data using AWS services. In this demo, I used my computer as an IoT device to collect memory and CPU usage data. The data was then ingested, routed, stored, and visualized in real-time using AWS IoT Core, Amazon Timestream, and Amazon Managed Grafana. Data Collection & Ingestion: Python script with AWS SDK to gather and send data as MQTT messages to AWS IoT Core. Data Routing & Storage: AWS IoT Rule to route data to Amazon Timestream, optimized for time-series data. Data Visualization: Real-time insights for Memory and CPU utilization using Amazon Managed Grafana with the Timestream connector. This solution ensures secure data transmission, efficient data storage, and intuitive real-time visualization. It's scalable and flexible, making it perfect for IoT applications.
