Here we go. LinkedIn, this is another edition of the J Fish Show. I have a extremely special guest on the show today, Moravec Castries, our senior product manager, who overseas our visitor management platform. And we've had some exciting updates that have occurred on that platform and Marvet is here to talk about them. And, and we're even going to show you a quick demo of it at the very end. So Marvette, how's your day going so far going? Great, thanks. Good. That's good. So I got some questions for you to really highlight the great work that you've done along with our product and engineering teams. So can you share an overview of really the standout features of our visitor management platform? Sure, absolutely. So the core mission of Navigate 3 Sixties Visitor Management platform, also known as VM is to keep schools safe by prioritizing security while also providing districts and schools with those options. That meet their unique building needs. For example, we offer several options that admin to configure such as where badges print, how students are checked in or out early, and more. There are also other features that all schools will experience health and strengthen security without any additional effort. For example, one of our most important features isn't in our platform is our sex offender check, which is performed on all visitors and volunteers as part of the check in process. This means that admins front office staff can feel secure in knowing that each. Visitor and volunteer is vetted by the system before allowing entry without any additional effort on their part. Another important feature added in the last year is our robust reporting offerings. These were reporting offerings really empower our district admins, our building admins, our front office staff to quickly pull data to analyze any kinds of trends for visitors, students, staff and volunteers. This was a big one that we did in the last full year that I'm really, really proud of. Our team has really invested time and research into expanding these features in VM. So that our customers can be confident that whether you're a visitor or volunteer staff student, we're all secure as they're checking into the building. So really good stuff. Yeah, great stuff. You know, how do these features cater to the needs of school administrators and safety professionals that we work with on a daily basis? Yeah. So our most recent updates to the self-serve kiosk workflows really lean into this. Whether it's our new option to prevent first time visitors from using the self-serve kiosk on their first check in or to enforce that all visitors take a new picture with every visit. Which really means that the picture that you have on the badge, the picture that's in the application is really it's current. You don't have a picture that's 2-3 years old. You know exactly what the person looks for looks like as they're checking into the building and as they're in your application or even something as simple as allowing for the badges to either be printed. Directly at the kiosk or at the front office, we allow a lot of configurability to help both the school administrators and the self safety professionals to meet their goals. VM really offers the flexibility for a setup that streamlines the check in and out process while not sacrificing that security. Very cool. You know what exciting enhancements are being introduced to our visitor management platform. So there's a lot we've been very, very busy in this past release. We really focused on the self-service enhancements where we added. Several new features, but we're not done this past release. I've already mentioned we added the making it so that a first time user can't use the self-serve if needed at the having a picture person take a picture every single time. There's also another feature that we added where you're going to be able to switch your ID scanning method directly from in the check in process. This means that if a visitor comes in with an ID that can't be scanned with the webcam or can't be scanned with a 2D scanner, you're able to switch right there. This may not seem like a big change. When you're in a busy front office, it's really crucial that check in process is thorough and quick. And that's a small impact, a small chains of the big impact for our customers. We also have even more enhanced his plan for our next release coming in October. Some of those, some of those highlights are Google Translate integration and ourselves. So workflow. This means that visitors and volunteers will be able to select their preferred language to make sure as they're checking in, they understand all of the information that's needed. We're also adding a staff traveler functionality. You know, you have staff members, it's sometimes you'll have a gym teacher that's assigned to the elementary school and the middle school and they're traveling from one building to the other throughout the day. This new functionality for the staff travelers is going to be able, it's going to streamline that process as they're traveling into those buildings so that you know exactly where they are, where they're going, and just make it easier for them as they're going throughout their day. Another really big enhancement, and I'm really excited about this one for the October release, is the ability for an admin or front office staff member to send a text directly to a visitor. Right from the visitor profile, this is going to allow for a quick contact for the visitor for any reason, whether you want to ask them a question about it not coming to visit, or if you happen to notice that a visitor has been in the building a little bit longer than planned. You can easily just text them, ask them what's going on, and then go from there. It's another really good example of a small little enhancement with a really big impact. Our team is already hard at work on this release, and I'm really excited for what you're going to be able to see in VM as we continue to expand the value we offer for our customers. Very, very, very cool stuff. You know, a lot of folks wanna know, you know, do you have a a real life example that you could share, you know, regarding visitor management? Yeah, yeah. In fact, I could use your help for a really quick little demo. I've already mentioned a couple of times, one of our new features is that option to prevent new visitors from using self-serve on their first visit. This is a great example of that scenario where you you have the you want to use that feature, you want to be able to use self-serve, but you're not comfortable people that you're not familiar with using that, you want to be able to. At them first before they they they do that first check in. So this feature helps them with that. They can vet the person, they can confirm that the person that they're talking to matches their ID and then once that first visit is complete, they're good to go and then they can use the self-serve kiosk for any future visits. So let's go ahead and see how that works. OK, so right here, this is our self-serve kiosk screen. This is the screen that as staff, students, visitors or volunteers come into the building that they'll see to be able to check themselves in, you're going to be a first time visitor, so you're going to go ahead and click on the visitor button. And then scan government issued ID and then from there you're going to go ahead and scan your license. There you go. OK. And so because of the fact you're that first time visitor, you see the welcome to navigate Intermediate School year. Then from there I'm going to go ahead and take over and show from our side what a front office person would see. So you come into the building for the first time, you try to check in with the self-serve kiosk. I can see here we have the spanner confirm new visitor check in for Jonathan Fisher. We're going to go ahead and click on that. And just go ahead and ask you some questions. So hello, Jonathan, welcome to our school. Can I just ask what your reason for visiting here today is? Yep. I'm actually a parent here to have lunch with my daughter, Anna Hoover. OK, so you're a parent. You're here for lunch, which means that you're going to be going to the cafeteria. And you said that you're visiting your daughter, Anna. So I'll go ahead and I'll look that up. And there she goes there. And then you'll notice that some of these fields here are mandatory and optional. The visitor type and reason for visit are always going to be mandatory, but our admins will always have the flexibility as to make destination who are you visiting and mobile number, whether they're mandatory or optional. And our current setup mobile number is optional. So I won't go ahead and ask you that. So now that I've vetted you, I know I've checked your ID, you are who you say you are. By the way, we've already done this. Fender check. So we're clear there. No issues there. I can go ahead, allow entry and print that badge. You are now checked into the building. I will get the badge. And hand it to you virtually through our computer screens of course here today. And now for any future visit, you're going to be able to just come right through and that self-serve kiosk and income in for any visit. So yeah, sounds good, great stuff. You know, I think what we're doing and what you've done Marvet with the updates we've had to visit our management, I think it's going to take us to another level. I think it is. Absolutely vital, uh, the work that you do and the team has done to, to ensure that our facilities are safe and people are able to really be productive and thrive in them and, and make sure that environment they're in a secure. So can't thank you enough for what you and the team have done with this release. A lot of great things have come out and are, are coming out here in the near future. So thank you again for your time today and, and everything you've done for navigate through 60. Thank you. You know, it's our team's goal. Is that this application visitor management, it's to help keep schools safe and I'm proud to be on this team that's worked so hard to meet that goal. So thank you for taking the time to walk through this with me today. Absolutely. Hope everyone has a great rest of the day. Thanks again. Thanks everyone. Bye.
