Snapshot of Echelon
The future of utility efficiency transcends mere data analysis and installation. It involves a comprehensive partnership with real estate owners to strategically plan capital expenditures, conduct thorough audits, and procure equipment judiciously. By installing top-tier utility efficiency technologies with the utmost integrity and professionalism, and continuously monitoring for any irregularities to promptly address them, Echelon is redefining energy efficiency solutions. This full-service approach is what Echelon envisions as the future of meeting today's energy efficiency demands and preparing for tomorrow's challenges.
Echelon's Performance
Since its inception in 2022, Echelon has successfully completed 270 retrofit projects across 55 clients in 37 states, achieving impressive environmental and economic outcomes. These projects save annually 1.1 billion gallons of water—the volume of 1,500 Olympic-sized swimming pools—and 12.5 million kWh of electricity, akin to taking 1,700 cars off the road. With a total investment of $28.6 million, these projects have led to annual utility cost savings of $12.5 million, translating to a 44% annual cash yield for clients and a $208 million boost in real estate value, based on a 6.0% cap rate.
