Leasing of spaces under 75,000sf are seeing the bulk of absorption in Q2 - 2.6M SF, while spaces larger than 75,000sf are taking longer to absorb, thus increasing overall vacancy) - Good news is, the supply pipeline has decelerated dramatically, which will help drive overall vacancy down as the larger big-box spaces start to be absorbed (several notable 100,000+ SF leases were signed in Q2, with those tenants occupying their new spaces later this year). #industrial #industrialrealestate #Marketreport
