There is no doubt that recent and ongoing stories about consulting practices have left a mark on the sector. But in these challenging times we need to learn how to do better as we move forward. Businesses in Australia still need expert help in many areas including new technology, regulations, strategy and change management. This article states that "its no easy task to rebuild #trust" and that over 50% of government and SME clients no longer want to choose big consulting firms. This maybe good news for niche consulting firms, who are putting client interests before profit.
