Elevating Health & Unity Across Companies: Humanoo's Global Step Challenge We are excited to announce the success of our inaugural Global Step Challenge! This initiative was created for our esteemed client companies to journey toward better health, well-being, and camaraderie collectively. From February 5th to February 25th, we organized a company-wide step challenge across all of our client's organizations. As a busy professional, event planner, serial entrepreneur, working parent—fill in the blank—you might think you don’t have time to work out consistently. I say, lies! 💥 You make time for what matters to you. I used to tell myself the same story: I'm too busy to workout. I'm too tired to workout. I'm already working so hard to also workout. But guess what? I started finding the time when I decided to make my health & well-being a priority. Sometimes that means working out at 5 am before the chaos begins, or squeezing in a lifting session at 11 pm after a long work day. I HAVE NEVER LEFT THE GYM REGRETTING I DID THAT. I left on a dopamine high, excited for what's next. No, it’s not always easy, but what I get back from that initial effort is 100% worth it.
