Gojob is an #employment platform founded in 2015, with the goal to render the employment market more fluid and accessible by accompanying every individual in their job hunting. Their story with #nocode started when COVID-19 hit, bringing the start-up to a hybridization of code and no-code today. From #automations to full no-code products, Gojob has a no-code stack consisting of multiple tools like Webflow, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Airtable and Make, to name only a few. But even from the start, their main keywords were always viability and scalability. Which led them to: 1️⃣ Create an internal no-code academy to train all new team members, joining the company And 2️⃣ to quickly put a system in place to keep an eye themselves on all the potential arising errors in their automations and no-code stack. And with the speed and flexibility offered by no-code, the team was able to test and innovate with minimal resources. Which later allowed Gojob to open up to the American market. 🚀 Thrilled to announce our latest project – GetSkills! 🚀 During a recent hackathon, my teammate Dipak Munde and I built a website called GetSkills, a platform that showcases a wide range of skills with a smooth and intuitive user experience. 🎯 💡 Technologies used: React | Redux | React Router | HTML | CSS | JavaScript 🌟 Our Journey as a Team: Collaborating as a team of two was an incredible experience! We faced challenges, especially in coordinating tasks and managing state complexity with Redux. But through constant communication and problem-solving, we were able to deliver a fully functional platform. Balancing the front-end with React as it required us to stay focused and adaptable under the time crunch. This hackathon taught us the true meaning of teamwork and efficient collaboration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner!
