We are thrilled to announce the implementation of our Warehouse Management System (iBWMS) for India's No.1 OEM in the automobile sector, covering dealers and distributors across the country in phases.
The complexity of their operations, with extensive manpower and chaotic inventory, presented a unique challenge. Our mission was to guide them through a digital transformation, emphasizing the importance and benefits of this journey.
To our surprise, the adoption was relatively smooth. From the moment the trucks arrived for offloading, we saw a 50% reduction in Turnaround Time (TAT). Throughout the process, we achieved significant efficiency improvements and, most importantly, established a digital trail for the entire business process integrating seamlessly iwith the OEM's Dealer Management System (DMS).
This video showcases the relief and happiness of a driver, who drove all the way from Gurgaon to Chennai and to see materials offloaded in less than half the time it used to take.

Thrilled to share my recent hands-on experience conducting a detailed market study in Salem, where I engaged with customers in the ICV segment, including both Ashok Leyland and competitors. Meeting fleet owners and calculating TCO for each gave me invaluable insights into their needs and preferences. Collaborating with Salem's dynamic sales team, I honed my skills in closing deals and even contributed to a successful sales pitch to a key fleet owner.
As a passionate marketing student, I remember being seated in a hall full of students when Arul Rajan sir said, "everyone should take sales and Market development elective in your combination because marketing is nothing without knowing about the intensity of the sales." It didn't make sense then, but now, two months down the line, it indeed makes sense. Thank you, sir, for the valuable insight!
Excited about the practical knowledge gained and looking forward to leveraging these experiences to drive future success! I have done a clear interpretation of manpower for both Ashok Leyland and all competitors which is really helpful for the conclusion of the market.

Commitment to quality must be a voluntary choice and not an enforcement.
Unless we embody quality in our actions, we will not experience it in our lives. Both are interdependent and intertwined.
The quality we instill in our action is the outcome that will resonate unequivocally in our accomplishments.
Whether it's work or nature, quality of our surroundings depends upon the quality of our behavior to the environment.
Quality starts from 'Me' and percolates into 'We'.
I contribute my part by pledging to strive for quality in all facets of life, contributing to the creation of 'Quality Bharat, Viksit Bharat.'
Do you?
