This is so smart of WanderOn to keep the staff engaged and not letting them work forcefully , Maintaining a Friendly environment at the workplace is so mandatory for the Mental health of employees as well, As I am a learner and exploring the variety of jobs in the market, this is what type of environment I am searching for and I think every young jobseeker also looks for the same cause it's not always about Money🤑, As some of us at this stage might get so busy in corporate world and also, loose college or school friends. Honestly, It gets too frustrating at some point, All I have experienced till yet is finding a good workplace is so Difficult & Necessary too for our Well- being & It is what matters, Working Overtimes & on Holidays even without any extra benefit can be so demotivating, In return, Atleast we can expect an attractive environment to keep ourselves emotionally attached with the workplace & for better productivity! Although, I am not an employee of WanderOn but thank-you for such a great effort that your are making for your employees. Shruti 😉

The mobile concept is catching on.

When Elina Kelly asked me around 5km in yesterday "do you find it easy?", I instantly replied "never". 💫 I love being active and will give anything a go. Reflecting on the year so far, I've ran pretty much every week, various paces, distances and terrain. Alongside that I love golf, combat sports, weight training amongst many other things and would never consider any of them 'easy'. They all come with something that pushes you that little bit harder whether that's mentally or physically. 🤼 What I love as much as pushing myself to my limits or out of my comfort zone, is doing that with others. Recognising our capabilities, pushing the boundaries and achieving whatever it is we set out to achieve. 🧠 My mentality translates very much in to everything outside of fitness too, working with others to get the best from them, whether that's businesses or individuals. I enjoy and find useful a lot of different types of post on LinkedIN... I really enjoy the content Alexis Bertholf ✨ posts... it is fresh and different and heck, who hasn't had to try and explain their job to their parents, spouses, kids, etc. It is something we all have in common... And -- there is a good business and personal lesson in this exercise as well. Honing explanations or descriptions of difficult or complex topics is an important skill... You never know when you might have to use that elevator speech to describe your company, or your solution, or what you do! Alexis' family did a great job! My favorite was "you connect cords and explain stuff". 😁 Great work bringing different and valuable content to this sometimes buttoned down platform!
