Introducing Felim Donnelly, Founder & CEO of Crossplay Digital Inc. Felim is born and raised in the lower mainland, plays in multiple ball hockey leagues, and picks up as many games as he can find although that has of course dwindled somewhat since becoming a founder! He told us: “ I really value my playing time because the exertion and intensity of being immersed in a fast-paced sport requires that I be truly 'present' when I'm playing, since most of the rest of the time I'm thinking about my startup, even when I'm not trying to! It's really important to find balance and a release for the demands of being a founder.” Felim recognizes the importance of keeping the long view in mind, “It's easy to get wrapped up in the urgency of moving quickly and making decisions day-to-day, but it's equally important to think regularly about where you want to be in six or twelve months - it helps to ground your decisions and smooth out the little day-to-day bumps in the road. Your boy is heading back to San Francisco next month for the 3rd Annual Military Veteran Startup Conference hosted by Context VC.
