Loops is really cool option for sending emails for your SaaS. They found the perfect sweet spot that covers both transactional and marketing emails. If you want to work on a creative solution with a small team that cares about craftsmanship, check out this job opportunity. Here's why I like them: Usually there are two camps of email sending services. One that focuses on transactional emails and optimized for devs. The other tailored more for marketing emails for content creators. If you have a software business, chances are you want to have both. But using different services adds so much admin overhead and the email designs are probably going to look disjointed. Loops not only does both, but they've tied them together seamlessly. It's just such a sensible solution that somehow no-one else has done before. I started using it for base.report recently. The onboarding, product design, and support are all excellent.
