The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum is proud to be in the top 20 Black History Museums to visit in the United States.

The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum has a new exhibit chronicling the history of the Kansas City Monarchs entitled, THE KINGS OF KC! The FREE exhibit is part of our 100th Anniversary celebration of the Monarchs winning the 1st Negro League World Series! Open to the general public until Thursday, October 31st. "There are those who will call the Monarchs the New York Yankees of the Negro Leagues,” said NLBM President Bob Kendrick. “But there are others who will call the New York Yankees the Kansas City Monarchs of Major League Baseball. “They were that good.”
