Should the government introduce a strategy to encourage and invest in charitable giving? For many commentators, the answer is yes. In a recent report from the Charitable Aid Foundation, they make a number of suggestions about how this might work and the impact it could have. I'm not surprised to learn that the average age of donors opening a DAF has been steadily decreasing.
