In the US today, every year 1,200,000 students drop out of high school. And here’s why landlords are part of the problem ⤵️ So what does that have to do with us? We run a real estate business… Unfortunately, that’s the response from 90% of landlords. But the reality is, by doing that… you are giving up on the future generation. And at WMC that’s not what we do. With our properties near schools we: → Stay in close contact with the school. → We respond to reports of students missing class. → We do all we can to support students in our properties. Every child deserves an education but more importantly… ↳ They deserve guidance. Because the kids of today are the future of our country. And landlords should be doing their part to help support & encourage the younger generation. Especially if you own a property near a school.
