Did you know making beer at home has never been a simple process with even four basic steps: prepare, brew, ferment and bottle still becomes challening for many? This year at CES2024 the Exobrew was announced an appliance to allow you to brew all your own types of beer including Craft Beers plus also makes Kombucha, Cider and more. Need to drink that beer immediately? Place bottles in an ice water bath and give them a spin every 30 seconds for super-fast chilling. The convection currents transfer cold in a fraction of the fridge time! Start by filling a large pot or bowl with ice water and a good amount of table salt to bring down the temperature even further. Submerge your beer bottles or cans fully in the salted ice bath, being sure not to allow any water into the containers. Then, here's the key - every 30-60 seconds, give the bottles a quick spin to create a tiny interior whirlpool motion. This convection current allows more of the cold to quickly transfer inwards from the surface for rapid chilling. In just 5-7 minutes with regular spinning, your brew will transform from room temp to an icy 35-40°F! No more waiting on the fridge.
