Installs and maintains cloud-based applications, systems, or associated infrastructures. Oversees implementation and integration of web-based applications, ensuring that appropriate information security standards are met. Troubleshoot communication between associated systems. Stays informed of emerging CDN technologies and evaluates their value to the organization's operations. Qualifications: Requires experience with one or more Content Delivery Network platforms. High-Level understanding of global internet routing and core concepts. Expert level experience with server-level operating systems (Windows & Linux), facilitating high-level engineering, architectural design and support. Experience in website design and core technical features of a website Experience with automation/configuration management Expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and practices Understanding of code and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Powershell, bash) Expertise in automated build and deploy processes and tools Expert level knowledge of distributed version control systems like GIT Experience working on Agile Top-5 Skills to be exhibited by the candidate: 1.) Understand global internet routing and can explain how a call would go from an end-user to a globally available service. 2.) Someone who has configured CDN delivery (any CDN will do) and knows the usual components of a delivery config 3.) Someone who understands the main uses of a CDN and understands the types of features they provide. 4.)
