If we like it or not, when employees look for the best place to get their work done, the "office" is competing with their home. 💡 Approximately 15% - 20% of people are considered neurodivergent in today's world, and given the shift in workplace dynamics in the last 3+ years, things have been more turbulent than ever. Important to take that fact into consideration when you want to support your employees to return to the office by using intelligent workplace (re-)design.
