So my name is John Cogswell. Most people know me here as John Spartan or Spartan for short. I do the health and Wellness here for this company. I've been employed with this company for 2 1/2 years and understanding the importance of health and and Wellness in in a company, especially at this size is super important. OK, there are a few things that are actually important about health and Wellness. One is productivity goes up because people arrive to work a little bit happier. They're they're more engaged, they're, they're feeling good about themselves, you know, so self worth goes up the way that they view their projects at work goes up through the roof and accountability for doing a workout, it goes hand in hand. I always like to say inside the gym, we hold ourselves accountable for our actions and it transfers outside the office. And not many people understood it until today. A lot of people are doing research and research has shown that not only does productivity go up, but also sick days go down. People get sick less. I mean, there are people that are going to take days off and sick days when they're not actually sick because maybe they're having, you know, they're mentally stressed, so working out. As a form of meditation, whether it be. Working out as in gym weights or yoga, we like to or I like to make sure that everyone has what they want to do. So we can't say it's just Jim, it's beyond Jim. It's just activities. We like to try to get people out. That's why I've expanded it not just to the gym, but you're doing paintballing, yoga, jujitsu, for example, for me, a huge release for me after the day is going to jujitsu if I feel like I'm. I'm overwhelmed or stressed, you know, going to jujitsu, I feel like it's a a way to squeeze out the sponge, you know, so we absorb all day long and Jim and physical activity is a way to release it. And I believe it's super important for people, especially in, you know, corporate setting, sitting behind a desk, a lot of questions, a lot of things need to be done and a lot of people, they just need to release it and they don't know how to do it. And I think the gym is a positive way to do it and. It makes people feel good about themselves and about the people around, and I believe it brings in camaraderie. That's why we started doing the hats. Everybody gets to hot and they get patches and the badges. They have things to look forward to. So there's ways to make it even bigger than just working out. It's about coming together, doing it together and making it a group thing. A-Team effort, yeah.
