April may be over, but the fight for #HealthEquity continues. This #NationalMinorityHealthMonth, we celebrate the strides made in improving health outcomes for minority communities. However, disparities still exist. At Uncharted Access, we envision a future where everyone has equal access to quality healthcare and participation in potentially life-changing clinical trials. Here's how we're working towards that vision: * **Connecting underserved communities** with relevant clinical trials. * **Educating and empowering** individuals about their healthcare options. * **Advocating for policies** that promote health equity and inclusion in research. Together, we can create a healthcare system that works for everyone. On #ZeroDiscriminationDay, let's remember to stand against the stigma in healthcare. Healthcare is a human right. No one should face discrimination when seeking treatment. #Monkeypox, a rising concern in several African countries, like the #DRC and #Nigeria, has unfortunately led to instances where those affected are subjected to stigma and exclusion. At PANTHER, we believe in equitable care for all, and we're committed to supporting efforts that ensure every person has the right to health without discrimination. Let’s unite to build inclusive health systems that serve everyone with dignity and respect. #ZeroDiscrimination #HealthForAll #Mpox

Managing pain is paramount, but did you know factors like clean and safe spaces, kindness, and quality of life-extending treatments closely follow? 🌎 In their study, they unveil groundbreaking analysis providing valuable insights into end-of-life care delivery. Despite challenges, they surveyed key informants from 79 countries, representing 81% of the global population. 📈 The findings reveal a profound perspective! Five of the top six countries excelling in end-of-life care are high-income, emphasizing stark disparities. Their study serves as a launching pad for advocacy and research, urging countries worldwide to enhance their scores and improve the end-of-life experience for patients and caregivers.
