Lord. Imagine UX as math: 2+2 = 4, 4-2=2, right? Inverse Operations it's called, if you recall from primary school. It is the first trick in math to let you know that science is *magic* (and it is). Inverse operations are how one checks their work when speaking the language of science, which is math. Same thing goes for UX: If you have the product of a design, then you take away the improved UI, you'll understand the UX Research question associated with *why* the design needed to be changed. Thus, 4-2 always, always can and will equal 2. Inverse Operations. Every day and twice on Sunday. Rain, sleet, snow, hail, or fireballs. Only the question I have is (was): What problem is being solved here, and how is B somehow an improvement of A? Because this isn't a design problem...it's not even a UI problem...it is, to my neurospicy spectrum-brain, like how a conjunction is made in English: does & not, becomes, "Doesn't" and means the same thing. When used in a sentence: This change *doesn't* (does not) improve how the user experiences what the operation is, short of truncation and obfuscation - it literally just repeats the same information from A to B (does not to doesn't). Therefore, Inverse Operations proves that the presumption of solving a problem for the user is incorrect. And this is a UX agency...with, presumably, clients paying them actual money for proclaiming, "Eureka! Design!" when it's (conjunction!) not. I'm a nobody and I caught this...who let this fart out over the hot mic, I ask, and why didn't anyone at the agency catch it before we saw it?

Understanding the Key to Successful UX Audits With a well-executed UX audit, we can optimize the user experience and help businesses achieve their goals more effectively. Here’s what I focus on during a UX audit: --Understanding the business – Gaining a clear understanding of the company's goals, target audience, and industry context to ensure the design aligns with business objectives. --Identifying user pain points – Pinpointing areas where users face difficulties and refining these experiences into a cohesive, intuitive flow that enhances usability. --Conducting user testing – Running tests to validate the new design flow and ensure it effectively addresses both user needs and business goals. Remember, the key to great design is not just how it looks, but how it works! ✨ #UXDesign #UXAudit #WebDevelopment #UserExperience #BusinessGrowth

🌟 User Experience: The Heart of Product Design 🌟 In today’s digital world, user experience (UX) is paramount. A product that doesn’t resonate with users will struggle to succeed, no matter how innovative it is. Here are 3 key ways to enhance UX in your products: 1. Understand Your Users 👥 Invest time in user research to truly understand your audience. Strive for a clean, intuitive design that allows users to achieve their goals effortlessly. Remember, simplicity often leads to better usability and satisfaction. 3. Iterate and Improve 🔄 UX design is an ongoing process. Regularly collect feedback and use it to make continuous improvements. Iterative design helps you adapt to changing user needs and keeps your product relevant and effective. 💬 Let’s Discuss! What strategies have you found effective in enhancing user experience?
