Among my fellow travelers were employees from renowned companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and even Walmart. Observing them, I gleaned a significant insight: there was a palpable lack of enthusiasm regarding their jobs. Each person seemed to be merely enduring their daily commute, expressions dulled, resigned to the monotony that had become their routine. A common thread among them was a cautious adherence to the beaten path, shying away from taking risks. This experience served as a profound reminder to current and aspiring engineers about the importance of passion and dedication in one’s career. Solely focusing on academic achievements, like securing a high CGPA, might not suffice. It’s a stark realization that without investing in one’s skills and embracing challenges, one might end up in a similar state of dissatisfaction, merely waiting for the next stop on life's journey. However, there's a brighter side to consider. Those years spent in engineering are not just about academics. They offer a golden opportunity to hone your craft, to experiment, and to take calculated risks. It's a time to discover what truly motivates you and to pursue it with all your heart. Embrace this period as a chance to lay the foundation for a fulfilling career and life.
