According to Forbes, they surveyed more than 170,000 employees in over 50 countries who work for multinational companies and institutions. In this survey , respondents were asked whether they would recommend their company to family or friends. Also , respondents had to rate their companies based on criteria such as work-life balance, career advancement opportunities and employee diversity. Welcome back to work, everyone! We hope you had a wonderful break and are ready for a new year of opportunities. As we start 2024, let's take some time to reflect on our values and how they guide our planning and interactions. Values are the principles that shape our decisions, actions and behaviors. They express what matters most to us and what we stand for. Values can be related to our organization, our team or ourselves as individuals. They can also change over time as we grow and learn from our experiences. Having clear and aligned values can help us be more creative, productive and collaborative. They can also inspire us to pursue our goals and vision with passion and purpose. To help you revisit and rethink your values for 2024, we have prepared a simple process that you can follow. Here is our example to get those creative juices flowing - Three words Metal Circle Puzzle Value Statement ‘Metal’ is a metaphor for resilience and transformation. The refining process can teach us how to adapt and grow in challenging situations. ‘Circle’ is a symbol of harmony and completeness. We can use it to remind ourselves of our goals and values, and to seek balance in our lives. ‘Puzzle’ is a fun and creative way to solve problems and express ourselves. We can enjoy the process of finding the right pieces and putting them together. We encourage you to use this process as a creative tool to explore your values and share them with us. If you could share a piece of advice, what would it be? "Don’t say no to yourself before others do. Believe in yourself and take the chance. You're already saying no if you don't pursue or request something. By taking initiative and pursuing your aspirations, you increase your chances of success just by making the attempt."
