Requirements: CISRS Scaffolder Ticket and CISRS Supervisor Card Calm under pressure, with a positive and mature approach. Strong, proactive leadership skills. Excellent planning and strategic capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of business goals and strategy. Ability to motivate staff and recognise potential for development. Proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving company goals and expectations. Ability to manage conflict and difficult conversations. Open leadership style that promotes psychological safety.
