What I love the most about #Neuroinclusive hiring is that it doesn't only benefit those who identify as Neurodivergent. It benefits everyone and creates an unparalleled candidate experience. This week is Neurodiversity Celebration Week (March 18 - 24), and it's now predicted that 15-20% of the world's population is #Neurodivergent And whilst efforts are being made across many organisations and industries to attract and hire neurodivergent talent, we're not there yet. In most cases, neurodivergent candidates are still forced to navigate recruitment processes designed for and by majority populations. Based on research and conversations with neurodivergent job seekers, I've created this guide to support anyone striving to make their recruitment processes more neuroinclusive. I dont claim to be an expert; this guide is intended to provide ideas and strategies. If you would like the full version, head to the link in the comments 👇👇👇 #InclusiveHiring #InclusiveRecruitment
