I remember it like it was yesterday, when my mom would tell me the story of the rabbit and the turtle. That story sparked my love for turtles. But as we grew up, our adult minds began telling us to move fast, get money fast, get promoted fast, which often led to quick failures and disappointment. Looking back, I see it as a lesson. But now, I’ve added some wisdom to it. Here are the three main takeaways: 1. Don’t let distractions stop you from reaching your destination. 2. Be persistent, and only look back when it’s necessary. 3. Slow and steady, without giving up, will lead us to success. The turtle knew it all along. Not to sleep on your dream! But to take on step at a time.

It’s more than just the fruit—it's the laughter, the conversations, and the chance to make new friends in a relaxed, inclusive environment. It’s where bonds are formed, passions shared, and walls broken down as everyone chats until their hearts are content. Even our senior leaders got involved, and that’s what makes it special. These moments remind us that team bonding doesn’t have to be formal—it can be as simple as sitting around, savoring durians, and connecting over shared experiences.
