Exciting news! New Freedom Borough has been awarded a grant under the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development Commonwealth Financing Authority's Local Share Account. This grant will facilitate the replacement of the outdated and insufficient emergency generator that serves both the New Freedom Community Center and Rose Fire Company No. 1. Thanks to this program, projects like ours are eligible for 100% funding, made possible by the distribution of gaming revenues under the PA Race Horse Development and Gaming Act.
