In group situations, it can feel easier to be silent, agree, and even acquiesce for the sake of time or a group push to move on. Thinking about psychological safety and the four components, according to Edmonson *Learner *Collaborator *Challenger *Inclusion Safety None exists if one cannot disagree with something within a group. The level of learning a team must do to achieve psychological safety requires intentionality and hard work.
