Great article we just went over in our latest episode
Big shout out to Alejandro Hernandez and @southsideweekly for highlighting this important story. We're honored to have the support of so many patients and advocates. We are the true power. Along with other members of the Alliance for Cannabis Equity, we are appalled by GTI's lobbying efforts. GTI prioritizes profit over patients, which goes against the very essence of cannabis. Spread the word and support businesses that support YOU! Read the full story here: https://ow.ly/yrkm50SIyNz #BoycottGTI #dontfwithpatients

🌿 Germany marks a historic milestone with the first cannabis social club permit awarded in Lower Saxony, enabling controlled cultivation for members. This initiative, part of Germany's broader legalization efforts, aims to combat the black market and enhance consumer protection. More permits are expected nationwide, although regions like Bavaria are imposing delays. The move towards a regulated market underscores Germany's commitment to safe and responsible cannabis use. #CanXChange #CannabisExchange #CannabisIndustry #IndustrialCannabis #B2BCannabisPlatform #CannabisB2BMarketplace #CannabisEuropa #MedicalCannabis #GermanyCannabis #CannabisSocialClub

Will your local municipality host a craft framer’s market? What other regulations will cities and counties adopt limiting revenue opportunities in these new markets already excluding alcohol and sometimes food? Other than cannabis consumption, what other economic businesses drivers coincide with a consumption site and are acceptable by local governments? Farmer’s markets will be a big success. Consumption lounges are a much tougher regulated market. Regardless, these two bills are a step in the right direction. Now, it’s up to the Governor’s pen.
Please check out our new blog post by attorneys Omar Figueroa and Lauren Mendelsohn discussing two bills (#AB1775 & #AB1111) which would transform the California cannabis industry by allowing Amsterdam-style cannabis cafes, as well as giving licensed cultivators direct access to consumers at cannabis events. #california #cannabis #cannabiscafe #farmersmarket #DTC #dtcmarketing #weed #weedlife #industry #IndustryNews #IndustryInsights https://lnkd.in/gA6gc5xU
