Two of my intellectual peers, friends, and thinkers, Ed Brenegar and Dr. Eric Zabiegalski recently met and had a fascinating discussion on Organizatioanl Ambidexterity—roughly, combining the dual practice of exploiting what an organization is good at and knows, while also investing into exploring what they could also do in the future. This helps with organizational sustainability, and has parallels to my work on human polymathy.
