If we don’t build skills or pathways for underrepresented people – especially when they’re young – we create serious obstacles down the line, particularly with access to leadership or decision-making.”   🗨 Having the conversation that needs to be had: “Change starts with a conversation and acknowledging there’s work that needs to be done.
