The first step is to prepare the pile using a milling disc, which helps smooth out the surface for further processing. Next, the pile is milled to the correct level, with a height accuracy of +/- 1 cm, ensuring uniformity across the construction site. After milling, the remaining concrete is broken out using the BRC pile head crusher, which effectively removes excess material without damaging the pile. Finally, the reinforcement within the pile is cleaned and aligned to ensure proper load distribution and structural stability. The Brextor system, designed in Switzerland, uses CAD-drawn designs and precision CNC machined parts for accuracy and efficiency.
