I’ve had the pleasure of helping 1000's of people break into Medical Device Sales with and without sales experience….. these are the common things I see Tips: 1. How You Tell Your Story- Learn Your Story.. and know how to tell it. We all have great things about us and help us stand out. 2. Know Your Why- Why do you want to break into Medical Device Sales? 3. Relate Your Past Experiences to The Role You’re Applying for- We’ve all done things in our past that make us great candidates 4. Emotional Intelligence- Can you read a room? 5. Work Ethic- You have to be hard working… most people are lazy 6. Network- Make sure to reach out to others in the industry 7.
