I'm really excited about the 2425 cohort of coaches for the Pathway to form its program. We've got a real mix of experiences coming to the group, so I think we've got 12 coaches in total and mixture of current domestic players, recently retired domestic players. Plus coaches have been coaching in the club system for a number of years. So yeah, really excited with that breath of experience and how they're all gonna come together to really maximise the learning for the group. I see the program is really valuable and providing a stepping stone for our aspirational. Male coaches, I think the biggest challenge we've got in coach development is how do we get coaches to experience the environments they want to step up into. So the fact that we've got The Apprentice coaching components read into the program I think is hugely valuable for the coaches that go through it. They get a chance to see and feel and experience the environments they want to step up into. One of the outcomes that would love to see from the Pathway to Performance program long term is that we start to see a real community of female coaches who want to step up and be involved in the game and the performance level. So this is the third cohort. We've got 12 in this cohort. Head then we had 11 and the one before and 8th in the first year, so we're starting to get upwards of 30. If the program continues, which we wanted to, we'll see hopefully 5060 female coaches have gone through the program who can start to learn from each other and connect with each other and that's only going to be positive for the female game.
