Construction and Major renovations?
Discussions about land, tender, colours, choice of builder and the list goes on.
This process should be exciting, having a lender like myself, who can talk you through the processes for lending and lingo for building.
Can make this all SO simple.

1.2 million homes in five years – that's the ambitious target federal, state and territory governments have agreed on.
It's a key part of the plan to fix the national housing crisis, but industry leaders say it's wishful thinking, with many construction companies struggling to stay afloat.
Denita Wawn, CEO of Master Builders Australia: "The building and construction industry is hamstrung in many respects because of fixed-price contracts. They bear the brunt of increasing costs, and if you haven't built that into your tender, you are simply going to be building at a loss."
"Around supply, the lack of people, the delays in building approvals, in occupancy approvals, they all cost money."
"The target of 1.2 million homes is not achievable at the current state of play. We need the government to step up in all portfolios, not just some portfolios."
