I’m proud to announce the launch of the third cohort of the NLP District Fellowship program this school year! What began as a small group has now grown to 17 districts nationwide, collectively reaching over 1 million students. #education
🚨 Monday news drop: We have selected nine school districts to join our growing News Literacy District Fellowship program, bringing the total number of fellowships to 17! 🔗 Full details: https://lnkd.in/g-cQThYq ℹ️ The program is a nationwide initiative that supports education leaders to design and implement district-wide plans for news and media literacy education. It will potentially impact more than 1 million students across 13 states in urban, suburban and rural communities. 📍 The new fellowship districts include five in California, Broward (FL), Kearny (NE), Johnston County (NC) and Norman (OK).
