🔥 💪 We are thrilled to announce that our Tektonic series 8.5in TK66 drill bit has achieved yet another remarkable performance! Equipped with Polished Impact Resistance cutters & DiamondBack™ technology, this drill bit has drilled a total of four wells to TD through interbedded medium to hard formations, covering a cumulative interval of 3,537 m with an average rate of penetration of 16.52 m/hr. This is setting a new durability record and a record for the longest cumulative interval drilled compared to all offset wells in the same field. In mining, managing groundwater levels is critical to prevent flooding and maintain dry operations. Our rod loader solution, used for controlling water levels, integrates seamlessly with Tele Radio Group remote controls and Epec Oy controllers to enhance functionality and efficiency. I successfully concluded my latest project focusing on Power Cable Pull-in Analysis, marking a significant milestone in my career as a Risers and Hydrodynamics Engineer. The analysis encompassed two critical stages: 🔍 First end pull-in at the initial platform 🔍 Second end pull-in at the subsequent platform The installation analysis was conducted based on detailed vessel approach, platform, and installation procedure drawings. For the first end pull-in stage, the power cable underwent controlled payout over the overboarding chute and subsequent retrieval through the j-tube using a messenger wire until the centralizer reached the j-tube's bellmouth. Next to critical installations in the manufacturing industry, such as metal production and mining, Zensor also is engaged in the multi-aspect monitoring of other types of assets that impact daily life. One of these are lock doors, where mechanical, structural and hydraulic aspects all affect health and availability, but also influence each other. One of the structures we are looking after through such a continuous follow-up is the Evergem lock complex in Belgium. The monitoring is ongoing since a few years and is providing interesting insights into the operations and evolution of the health and integrity of the lock doors. 🔨 THOR is currently undergoing a FAT for a client and due to be deployed shortly in a heavy oil environment where oil viscosity is having a negative impact on production.
