Invite to FC-1 Tech Assistance Public Workshop As part of the Transportation Electrification Framework (TEF) Decision, SDG&E, PG&E, SCE, Liberty, Bear Valley, and PacifiCorp (collectively the Joint-IOUs) will host a remote-access workshop on Weds from 9am – 1:30 pm to inform and discuss the scope of Transportation Electrification Technical Assistance (TA) services as identified in D. 22-11-040. The workshop will feature presentations from the Joint-IOUs on their developments and proposals for administering TA. TA programs established via this decision that the IOUs will administer and that are aimed at providing technical assistance to customers transitioning their vehicle operations to electric and installing charging infrastructure on their premises.   The TA services are to include, at a minimum: 1. basic technical assistance; 2. planning load management and other VGI considerations; 3. help with choosing rates; 4. support with walking through the IOU energization and interconnection process; 5. support and advisory services during planning, installation, and post-deployment; 6. operations post-deployment, like route optimization, load management, and future fleet electrification; and 7. available ALM and DER options to lower deployment costs.   We would like your input and hope to see you there.
