Panel discussion on "Addressing Critical Knowledge Gaps for Industrialization of Perovskite-based Tandem Devices" with Noella Lemaitre, Timothy J Silverman, Bo He, Tomas Leijtens and Fabian Fertig. Session chaired by Erkan Aydin, Gianluca Coletti and with support from Thomas Allen.
Lesson learned:
- The knowledge needed to achieve high device efficiency is out there (in publications, from experts, etc.); one just need to grab it.
- There is still a knowledge gap in making stable and reliable devices! More research is needed, combining a.o. statistical data, machine learning and better understanding of the phenomena.
- However, the gap is narrowing. Check the results of the stability contest soon in the comment...
