The Chroma 3200 tri-temp handler is a productive pick-and-place system for high-volume multi-site IC testing of up to 54 sites. The system can handle various device packages and sizes, ranging from 5mm x 5mm up to 120mm x 120mm. The 3200 can offer single IoT tray input mode and dual IoT tray input mode. It also supports thermal test environments from -40ºC to 150ºC with a power dissipation of up to 2.7KW, or from -70ºC to 150ºC with a power dissipation of up to 1KW. The Chroma 3200 offers dual-force testing for CoWoS packaging and includes a hybrid testing option (FT + SLT) with warpage detection, available at only 8 sites. It is also possible to have a stand alone 3200 system for RF testing alone with only 4 sites.
