🚚 When was the last time you missed a delivery because you were out? Remember that frustrating trip to a shady service point just to collect your package? This bugged my mind so long. In fact it’s not just personal inconvenience, but environmental issue too. Each missed delivery generates extra 400g to 800g of CO2, exacerbating already significant 7% carbon footprint of the logistics sector 🌍 There has to be a better way!? 💡 Great news! I have an amazing opportunity to tackle this problem. I’ve joined bace GmbH, a software startup revolutionizing last-mile delivery. Teaming up with founder brothers Ruben Dahmen & Joshua Dahmen, I’m leveraging my product management experience at Last Mile Solutions, Europe’s largest hardware-agnostic EV charging platform. Together with a talented product team spread across Europe from Berlin to Barcelona, we are transforming this traditional product category 'Smart Locker', making it truly smart, sustainable, and profitable. No more shitty pickups! ❤️ 📦

Glad to share that I along with my teammate Lokesh Varma participated for the first time in a product teardown challenge organised by Product Space in association with Spring Money. I'm humbled to have secured 19th position amongst 97 submissions in my first endeavour in the journey of product management💥💥!! Problem statement: Optimising the loan assist feature for maximum user satisfaction and business value Key insights: ✨Personalised user experience: Users prefer a seamless journey with minimal transitions and duplication of work. ✨Customer support: Users feel the need of virtual human assistance while making financial decisions to be critical in transitioning to fintech apps. ✨Data security: Users need to be assured of the data security measures and privacy concerns especially when it comes to personal and financial information. I'm grateful to Akhil Yash Tiwari & Mr. Omkar Jadhav for their mentorship and support. The teardown deck of our Team ProdEdges is attached below, do like, comment and provide your valuable feedback to help me improve further and reach the finals.!! Looking forward to more such challenges and gain key insights on product management.🚀🚀

Hey everyone! 👋 I’ve been reflecting on the art of saying no lately, and I think there’s a better way to approach it. It’s such a delicate balance, right? When someone shares an idea, it can be tempting to jump straight to a no, but I believe we can do better. For me, it all starts with really listening. When someone presents an idea, asking them to explain it further can make a huge difference. Phrases like “Can you walk me through this?” show that we genuinely care about their perspective. It opens up the conversation and allows us to dig deeper into the value behind the idea. Understanding who benefits and what problem it solves is crucial. Sometimes, quantifying that value can help us see its potential impact. After listening, I like to summarize what I’ve heard. It not only shows that I’m engaged but also helps clarify any misunderstandings. Something simple like, “So, if I’m hearing you correctly, this could help us in X way?” goes a long way in making sure we’re on the same page. Then comes the challenging part— explaining why we might have to say no. I believe being transparent about the costs and dependencies involved is key. Whether it’s about resource constraints or how it aligns with our current goals, sharing this helps everyone understand the bigger picture. When it’s time to say no, I try to do so with empathy. Instead of making it personal, I lean on data or strategy: “Right now, our focus is on X, so we can’t pursue this idea.” It’s all about making informed decisions while still valuing creativity. At the end of the day, saying no doesn’t mean shutting down ideas, it just means we’re prioritizing what aligns best with our goals. 😇 Here's an article by @dolly donohue shared by Aakash Gupta, explaining beautiful more on this - https://lnkd.in/gEZJGC9F #productmanager #productmanagament Aakash Gupta Reza Dorrani Malay Krishna Richard King Ankit Shukla
