Moreover, we are immensely proud to announce that Ismi has recently achieved a significant milestone by passing the ITIL Certification. This accomplishment is a testament to his dedication and expertise in his field.
Q1: Can you share a project you are particularly proud of? What made it stand out for you?
I am proud that my achievements in the Mailroom have opened the Service Delivery Manager door. I am also very happy about the opportunity I was given to do the ITIL course, which I now have a certificate for. Nothing comes from nothing, and hard work pays off.
Q2: How do you prioritize your tasks and manage your time effectively?
I set myself clear and achievable goals for the day, week and month. After that, I categorize urgent and important tasks by using the Eisenhower Matrix. This tool is also used in our continuous improvement list.
Larger tasks are broken down into smaller ones, as they’re easier to tackle step by step.
Q3: How does Tessi foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, allowing employees to explore new opportunities and take on challenging projects to further their careers?
Tessi values the creativity of the employees and encourages them to think outside the box. Tessi recognizes and rewards employees through promotions, bonuses, or public recognition, which incentivizes employees to continue exploring new opportunities. Overall, Tessi's focus on fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship creates an environment where employees feel empowered to take on challenging projects and further their careers.
