Car Subscription Report 24 Fact #3: Nearly one third of all bookings (30.03 %, to be exact 🔎) in car subscription were electric vehicles. 🔌 By comparison, the proportion of new registrations in Germany last year was just 18.4%. For years, battery electric vehicles have been among the most popular forms of drive in the car subscription sector. Thanks to their rapid availability, variable terms and comparatively low costs, car subscriptions are an ideal testing ground for the suitability of alternative drive systems for everyday use. But: Due to their prevalence, availability and range, petrol vehicles are nevertheless the top dogs in the car subscription. Just under half of all bookings belonged to this type of fuel. ⛽ And what about the #Hybrids? Following the abolition of the environmental bonus for company vehicles in September, the share of hybrids in the subscription market visibly collapsed. Their market share is now only 5%, compared to 14.3 % in 2022. We´re about to launch the full #FAAREN Car Subscription Report soon, so stay tuned for more! #weloveData #datadriven #CarSubscriptionReport24 #cardealership #carsubscription
