🏕️ If you had to imagine a party with a DJ deep in the woods of Berlin you’d naturally expect it to be a rave, and not one of the coolest events in the customer experience community. Instead, #CXFest2024 is combining party time with innovative ideas, laidback discussions on the future of CS operations, and nature-inspired CX workshops and panels! It‘s great to read things from your side like this. I think many people were skeptical about what we said about the vibes from last year. We are glad you joined the second time „experiment“ and liked it so much in the end. This place is somehow magical to me - and I don’t fully understand this yet 🥺🥳💪

It was so much fun talking to you and I felt like I could have gone on talking for hours 😂🤣
