Jeremy Schneider **WARNING** As you take on this new role, there are a few things you need to be aware of when working with RDCL. In the beginning, it may not be obvious as you figure out where you stand. I share this because I know you want to do the best job possible and avoid stepping on any toes or ruffling any feathers. If you heed these warnings, you should do well. First, keep an eye on Abby. She seems really nice, but deep down she is a powerhouse. She will teach you how to excel in your role. She sneaks up on you like a spotted leopard, and suddenly, you’ll find yourself learning things you never knew before. Now, Steve may seem like a gentle, lovable Labrador, but if you're not careful, his influence will have a significant impact on you. You'll start to grow, and he’ll offer ways to make things easier and more logical. Both seem mild-mannered, but beneath the surface, they are exceptional people. I’d even say they are superheroes, and when things get tough, they will be the Clark Kents in your life. Finally, look for the person wearing black-rimmed glasses. They may be hard to spot, but those are the people who go into the proverbial phone booth and come out saving the day. Chris Just be careful

Never allow negativity to take hold. Use past successes to ensure your team knows what they can achieve individually and as a team. Whether they are new or have been in the business for a long time, they understand that no matter how tough the market is, they will end up on top through market share growth. Ensure at every level that the team understands that management will support them with the tools to be successful. Lastly, make sure to stay true to your word and reinforce them when they need it.

WIIIFM??? What is in it for me is the frequently asked question by everyone including teammates. As a Leader it's very imperitive to keep the team morals intact in the present evolving market conditions while not compromising on the ethics. Hence “the optimum utilization of available resources” is a key to motivate the team with a shared agenda and shared values. Frequent discussion on organizational goals and our sales progress towards that is a KEY. Below initiatives have fetched good results for me in the past. Key Initiatives: Brand Revival:A targeted marketing campaign to reposition the brand and appeal to a wider audience. Star Performers:A sales incentive program to motivate the sales team and recognize outstanding achievements. Data-Driven Sales Tracking: Implementation of a sales monitoring system to inform data-driven decisions. Sales Excellence Program: Regular training and workshops to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge. Keep shooting to the teammates in every initiative there is something for you in the end it leads to better APPRAISALS as well. #IVFINDUSTRY #leadershipinitiative #pharmaindustry
