This year was our fifth time running NextWave One4One, our social enterprise programme for young people from diverse backgrounds. Our One4One programme aims to help young adults on their first step in a professional career by providing a unique and immersive internship experience. Each year, we create a paid internship position in tandem with each new client engagement. One4one provides the opportunity to learn about the world of the financial services industry, the biggest challenges and opportunities, and how these can be addressed with technology.
