It helps you understand the nitty-gritty of construction which is crucial for detailed structural design. 📌 Tech Up: Get comfy with ETABS, Revit, and other design tools and most importantly structural basics. This will also let you perform your current site roles better If you've tackled rebar detailing, you're already ahead! 📌 What About the Money? Salaries can vary. Depends on how you can demonstrate skills and take up dual roles till you gain good design experience. How you pitch your site experience could seriously boost your appeal to potential employers. 📌 Qualifications: A BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is essential, but don’t worry about not having a master’s in structures—your practical skills are what really matter. 📌 Persistence Pays: Whether you're hitting refresh on your career or just starting out, keep pushing.
